Van Atta’s fresh, handmade wreaths lend a festive, fragrant welcome to your front door.  Many Haslett Band Families and Friends have adopted the wreath fundraiser as part of their holiday traditions.

1st Delivery Date:  Monday, November 25, 2019, from 2:30–6:00 p.m.

Orders Due: Friday, November 15, 2019

2nd Delivery Date: Monday, December 9, 2019, from 2:30–6:00 p.m.
Orders Due: Monday, November 25, 2019

Van Atta Wreath Sale Order Form 2019

Please collect money when you take orders. Cash is acceptable and checks should be payable to: Haslett Band Boosters. Orders submitted without full payment will not be accepted. 

All orders and money must be turned in during Band class by the order deadline.  

Wreaths can be picked up in the “Shared” Room 807 in the HS Band/Choir Wing on the delivery dates.
