21 Sep Chelsea Marching Band Invitational
We would like to invite you to the Chelsea Invitational Wednesday, September 25th. This will be a very long day for our students and we need as much help as possible to support them through this event.
Here’s the schedule:
2:00pm Dinner Volunteers arrive
2:30pm All food dropped off at the school
2:45pm Dinner Served
3:00pm Uniform Volunteers arrive
10:00 – 10:30 pm Estimated return to Haslett

We desperately need photographers, if you love to take photos of the band and would like to see the performance from the field please bring your gear and join us at the invitational.
Parent volunteers will be standing by at the school to collect and wash the uniform pants after the invitational. If you would like to take your student home directly from the invitational the directors will be emailing out the permission slip in the next week or so. Please return the form to the band directors by the end of practice Monday, September 23rd at 8:30 pm.If you take your student home from the invitational you are required to launder the uniform pants following the attached instructions. The clean pants, uniform jacket, hat, hat box, hangers and garment bag must be back in the band locker room by Friday morning, September 27th 7:30 am. We will not have time in our schedule to launder any of the pants on Friday due to the tight Homecoming schedule.
